You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not yet opened or you have not yet started it. Because BEAM Digital provides access to digital course materials, refunds are not available once the course has opened for your access (August 10, 2026 for the back-to-school cohort) or once you have begun the course, whichever comes first.
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 14 days before your cohort's start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, as your seat is held and materials are prepared in advance (seats are limited to 10 per cohort). If BEAM cancels or reschedules a cohort for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort — your choice.
Sponsorships and pledges (one-time, monthly, or annual) are voluntary contributions toward student tuition and are non-refundable. Monthly and annual recurring contributions can be canceled at any time to stop future charges — email us and we'll cancel your recurring gift right away. Contributions already made are not refundable, because donations automatically fund seats that move students into the enrollment process. A refund would remove that seat and disappoint a child. Because Soul Navigators LLC is a for-profit company, contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Non-profit status coming soon.

BEAM is an educational enrichment program operated by Soul Navigators LLC. BEAM is not an accredited school and does not award academic credit. Program deliverables (websites, business accounts, domains) are created in the family's or student's name and belong to them. Students under 18 must enroll with a parent or guardian, who serves as the account holder for any real business, payment, or online accounts created during the program. We reserve the right to adjust curriculum, schedule, instructors, or pricing; enrolled students are honored at the price and terms in effect at the time of their purchase.
We collect only the information needed to enroll students, deliver the program, and communicate with families — such as name, email, phone, and student details you provide. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely by Square; we do not store your full card details. Program materials and student data are used to run BEAM and generate progress reports for families (and, for organizational partners, aggregate outcome data).
