A 1–2 minute selfie video — just the student, talking about why they want to be a founder. Phone-quality is perfect. Upload it to YouTube and paste the link in the form. Shy, or want it private? When uploading, set the video to "Unlisted" — then only people with the link can see it (it won't show up in search or on your channel).
A quick, private note from a parent/guardian about why support is needed. We keep this confidential and simple.
